“Book” is a facility we provide to our customers where they can pre-book the product for a small amount and they get added to the waitlist. If more people book the product, the lesser the price becomes. For example:- A Customer wants to buy a SanDisk Pendrive which costs Rs.1500 but, an average consumer may not be able to afford it. Like this one customer many customers would be Interested in buying the same product at a lesser price. So if about a 100 People are Interested in the same Product, then they can visit Buzztro.com & they simply need to book that Product by giving some advance amount (Eg- 10% of the Product) which will be Non-Refundable. As we receive 100 bookings for that Product the Price Bar reaches to the next Quantity that is 100 PCS & the Price of the Product will be decreased and will become lesser at 1400.
If you want to buy on an urgent basis or are okay with the current price of a product, you can use the option of “Buy Now” to buy the product. This order will be confirmed and delivered as soon as possible.

We offer replacement of products if there is any genuine defect in the product that is shipped.
If there is any manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you can raise a query from your account and send us the relevant material including but not limited to Receipt, packaging, warranty card, etc. You will also have to send images or video regarding the defect and we will provide prompt assistance on this matter. The complaints & grievances department will look into the matter & if it is a genuine problem will get in touch with the seller & get it rectified. The customer does not have to pay for any shipping or packaging. The shipping of the damaged goods back to the seller will be taken care by Buzztro. Once the seller receives the product, they will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions: ● Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse ● Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged ● Serial Number is tampered with. ● Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty ● Product is used or altered ● If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery ● Free product provided by brand > Categories not eligible for Return/Replacement :● Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand ● Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
